Bonjour à tous, and Wanju
I know that it is Week 3 but welcome back. This is my first Heard on The Hill since returning from LSL. Although I did catch COVID during my break, the location for my isolation, east of Marble Bar in the Little Sandy Desert, provided a great distraction. We still have COVID swirling around us. I urge everyone to take individual precautions, stay home when sick and wear a mask indoors.
This afternoon I will speak more about the work you all have been doing in reviewing the progress of our business plan, the influence of our drivers and the input and direction for the school. Suffice to say that we have been and will continue to be future focussed working with partners to provide pathways for students.
Some of it may be challenging as the education sector is on the brink of a disruption (lack of student engagement). I am sure that this will shape the next 10 years in education. There are many great reads for those who look to the horizon to see what the future brings and look to prepare.
