STOP OPT GO

It is also familiar to students who have returned from ALS.

SENIOR SCHOOL UPDATE
Year 10 Transition
The transition processes for Year 10 into Year 11 are now well underway. Applications for TAFE & BRTTC courses close on Monday 16 August. A big thank you to Gary Walker and Danelle Field for their efforts in completing this task.
I am now confirming 2022 courses for prospective ATAR students.
A Year 10 Transition Support group has been set up on Connect. It would be appreciated if all teachers promote the importance of checking the group for messages (before or after school or course!).
It is a busy time!
Prefects 2022
Danelle Field, Luke Marinoni and I will be interviewing applicants over the coming week. Please be understanding if a student has to miss a class to complete an interview.
Year 12 Early Release (P5 Fridays)
Year 12 students will finish school at 1.30pm on Friday’s from Week 5 (20/8/21). They will be required to return a permission form signed by a parent. Teachers involved in supervision will be provided with further information.
Senior School Academic Review
I continue to meet with students on a regular basis. Please be understanding if a student is asked to leave class to meet with me. If it is a test situation or a very inappropriate moment, I will not be offended if the student is not allowed to leave. In this situation, please send the student to Student Services in the last few minutes of class (if possible!).
Week 5 Year 11 Meeting (Monday P3 16 August)
This meeting is for ONLY Yr 11 AND Yr 12 ATAR students.
A TISC representative will update them on critical issues relating to University applications.
Please ensure your ATAR class or ATAR students within your class are taken or sent to the Library as a matter of priority.
Have a great week everyone.
