Manager Corporate Service Update (Lucia Barbetti MCS)

Administration Staff Update:

Welcome back to Tonya Ince after her leave in Term 3 and good luck to Te Kiri Flavel in her role as Facilities Coordinator. Sharon Hooper will be absent for the first half of the term and we welcome back Eva Hooper on reception while Sharon is away.

We have made some changes to staff responsibilities due to staff movement so please be patient as we navigate this. To help staff direct any queries, each staff member in the back office has a brief description of their responsibilities pinned up next to their workstation (these will be updated this week). If you are still unsure please ask one of our friendly staff and they will direct you to the appropriate person.

Te Kiri Flavel will be located in the office between Room 21 & Room 22. There was a description of the Facilities Coordinator Role in the last Heard on the Hill so please take the time to have a read of this.

Vacation Works Update:

Corridor Painting – this was completed over the holidays. Planning for the next stage of the indoor/outdoor student space is underway.

Upstairs Staff Toilet – this is underway with the Senior Girls Toilet out of service for the remainder of this week.
