Congratulations to all athletes on their efforts.Athletes have also completed their Semester 2 fitness testing. This is a chance for athletes to test themselves and see how they are tracking in key fitness components. There are many external factors that can influence an individual’s results. It is important to reflect on the results to set new short-term SMART goals for the future. Congratulations to all the athletes who achieved a personal best.
